Are you struggling with nutrition? Maybe not knowing quite what to eat to lose weight? I can help. I have certificates dealing with nutrition and have studied natural health and how different foods can heal our bodies and which ones help us lose that stubborn fat Ė without being hungry.
My consultations are FREE!
During this time we can get to know each other as you inform me of your goals and/or health issues. When I know your obstacles I will be able to put together a workout plan specifically for you.
At the end of our consultation we can coordinate our schedules and how many days a week we will meet to train and how long the session will be. (Most sessions are 45 minutes to 1 hour long). Sessionís usually run from $45-$60, unless travel is involved.
At our first appointment we will get a baseline of where you are at by getting your weight, body fat, resting heart beat, and we will do a few exercises to see what level we need to start with.
My job is to guide you, teach you and encourage you.
Over the years of personal training I have found that one plan does not work for everyone. People have different challenges and personalities, and I try to put the right combination of exercises together to bring success.
