When we lose weight where does our fat go? It's something I had never really thought about, but when asked I would answer, it disappears by sweating! Wrong!
New research shows that we lose 84% of fat by simply exhaling! Most of the fat is carried out through our breath in the form of carbon dioxide. How cool! They also discovered that we breathe about a thousand breath's every half an hour.
So get that heart rate up and breathe, breathe, breathe! And try some HIIT training (see one of my last articles), because taking that deep breath is a great way to get Healthy Inside and Out!!
